Happy Veteran's Day, folks. If you see a veteran today, or any day, don't feel weird stopping them and saying thank you--they are a lot braver than most of us.

Also, I revamped the feel on this. I'm gonna toy with the old one a little bit more, but my HTML had gotten all chopped up, so I just started with new pieces. Exciting? Not really. Fresh? Lil bit. Just a lil bit.

Days like today get me thinking when am I going to do something for society? Join the Peace Corps, join the military, go into public service, work for an NGO or a non-profit or something like that....The answer always is "Someday..." but every time I give that answer, I chastise myself never to forget that promise to my fellow humans. Going into business and promising to remember the oppressed is like going into politics and promising to remember the oppressed: if you do it, you're a hero; if you don't, you're normal.

Today's a day for Stereophonics. Yesterday was a day for Maynard Keenan James. Tomorrow's to be determined by our actions today.
