So I surface again. If only for the second to last day of 2006. Getting ready for 2JamesBond.

Year in Review: Strange. A lot of surprises. A lot of heartache. A lot of unanticipated emotions for someone who's become rather stone-hearted.

Talladega Nights was the movie of the year.

30 seconds to mars impressed me.

Lance Armstrong inspired me, and gave me a new lease on life.

The business world contiunues to fascinate me, and my goal of making a real difference in the world continues to preoccupy me.

Life's been rocky though. Business finances have settled, but my personal finances will take a little longer. Starting a business is no joke. Very rewarding. Very trying. Kind of mirroring my business life and my personal life.

I'm worried about our environment. I'm very worried. We all need to make it a priority. Otherwise our children will inherit a world in environmental, social and political turmoil. It would be nice for them not to have to fight for clean water and giant levees to preserve Manhattan Island.
